When you think about it, it might seem like an impossible thing to do.
But if you’re like many people, you’ve probably been drinking too much recently.
The average American drinks three or four drinks a day, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
But that’s just on alcohol alone.
And research suggests it can actually increase the risk of certain cancers, including bladder cancer.
For this reason, experts say you should drink more water, cut back on calories, and stick to eating a healthy diet.
If you don’t, you’re at risk for developing cancer.
But can you stop?
What about when you’re sick?
Is it possible to stop drinking while you’re ill?
“There are two types of water consumption,” says Dr. Jeffrey DeFilippis, an emergency medicine physician at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
“You can consume a lot of water and you can drink a lot and you will be dehydrated.
And that’s where you really need to think about dehydration, and how much water you should consume and what you’re going to drink.
It’s also important to drink plenty of fluids, because it is important to get adequate blood and urine.”
What if you need more?
There are plenty of tips on how to reduce your water consumption.
If your symptoms are getting worse, get a drink of water to reduce the risk for dehydration.
And you may be able to drink more fluid in order to help your body adjust.
“So if you think you’re getting sicker, if you don`t feel well and you’re dehydrated, it’s a good idea to start consuming water,” DeFippis says.
“And you should try to drink that much fluid.”
But that doesn’t mean you should go to bed drunk.
It could be that you’re just dehydrated enough that you can’t drink.
You can also try to take in as much as you can.
“If you feel you’re thirsty and you have no appetite, that’s when you can go to the bathroom, but don`re drinking,” DeSantis says.
Instead, take in some of the fluids you’ve been drinking.
You may need to do this with a straw or bottle of water that you’ve got in your pocket.
“Just take a sip or two and say, ‘Thank you for taking care of me,’ and that will help you get into the mood and make sure you’re feeling better,” De Filippis says, adding that you shouldn’t have to take a lot to feel better.
If it’s hard to get a glass of water, take a shower and drink a little bit of water.
You’ll feel better and your body will get more energy from that.
If that doesn`t work, drink some water.
De Fippis recommends drinking about three glasses of water a day.
But he says it’s important to remember that it’s only about as much water as you need to get through the day.
He says that after a couple of days, you can reduce that water intake to two glasses a day to be on the safe side.
“We know that water has a lot more healing properties than other liquids, and you should be drinking it,” De Santis says, “but you should also be taking in the amount that you need and getting the fluids that you require.”
How much is too much?
The average person drinks about three to four glasses of fluid a day at work and at home, DeFantis says in a phone interview.
But it’s not always that simple.
If the water is too low in your system, it may make you feel worse.
If, for example, you have low sodium intake, you may not need to drink much more than water.
And if you drink more than that, your body may become dehydrated and you may develop kidney and liver damage.
But drinking water at home can help your kidneys and liver heal better, De Fussis says in an email.
And drinking water can help you recover faster, since you can quickly flush your system.
How to manage your fluid intake While you’re drinking water, think about how much you can handle.
“The best way to manage it is to just take in the water that is available to you,” Defilippis recommends.
“It’s not necessarily the water you’re currently drinking, but the amount of water you have available.”
You can try to increase your fluid consumption by drinking more fluids.
If a friend or family member is thirsty, he or she can drink more to help you feel better, and De Fantis says that’s probably the best option.
But this is something you can do individually.
“One of the things that we’ve learned is that when you feel like you need a little more, just say so,” De Stefano says.
He also says that people can use a little water to relax, and that’s a nice way to start.
