But while LeBron James has been a top priority, other teams have interest in their top prospects.
The New York Knicks, who are considered the frontrunners to land Kevin Love, will reportedly go after the NBA MVP.
The Chicago Bulls are expected to add a big man in the second round.
The Orlando Magic will add a top-10 pick in the first round.
And the Philadelphia 76ers will add another top-five pick in a trade.
In the draft, the Cavaliers are expected get James and Derrick Rose, but the Chicago Bulls have already added Carmelo Anthony, Jahlil Okafor, Andrew Wiggins and Ben Simmons.
The Chicago Bulls will have the best chance of landing the second-round pick, which will go to the Chicago Bucks, who have two first-round picks in the draft.
If they are able to get a top five pick, the Cavs could use it to select an additional player in the 2019 draft.
It would likely be Anthony or Wiggins, although there are other players on the board.
The Cleveland Cavaliers will be among the first to select Kevin Love in the 2021 NBA draft, according to ESPN’s Adam Silver.
Kevin Love is expected to go in the top five of the 2021 draft, per ESPN’s Todd McShay.
He has been linked to several teams in the past few weeks, but Cleveland has the ability to select at No. 2.
In his latest mock draft, ESPN’s Jay Bilas projects the Cavaliers to select Andrew Wiggins with the second overall pick.
